Land Cruiser hitch placement question

On the Toyota Land Cruiser, is the hitch cut-out on US-spec models positioned differently than on European or Asian versions? Do their hitches sit higher in the rear bumper compared to ours in the States?

From what I've seen, US-spec Land Cruisers usually have the hitch slightly lower than European or Asian models. The difference isn't huge, but it can affect how certain trailers sit when hitched.
