My Land Cruiser has been having problems with the 4L setting... I think

Is there just something wrong with me or is it with the vehicle because I just used the 4WD low setting (I've been using it for a while now) again after like a week or something and it's beeping? It didn't stop at all and the noise was nauseating!!! 🙉 Lol is it a me problem or what. I shifted to neutral before anything else btw so it could not have been that.

Should be normal bro, it warns if somethings off or the mode's active too long. And since you shifted to neutral, it's probably the system, not you.

Even if you did everything right, it could be a sensor glitch or a transfer case issue, so thats not your fault. Try cycling back to 2WD, drive a bit, then switch again. If it still beeps, time to get it checked out by an expert one

That stinks, but don't sweat it too much. It could just be a quirky sensor or something with the transfer case. Try this: pop it back into 2WD, drive around a little, then try the 4WD low again. If that beeping won't quit, you should probably let a mechanic take a look

That happened to me once!!! Apparently, the shift motor was sticking. I guess the better thing to do here is to cycle between 4H and 4L a few times.
