I expected the Land Cruiser to be more refined, but at low speeds, it feels as bumpy as a Wrangler. Highway driving is much better, with improved steering and less noise. I bought a 2010 for $41K, but above $60K, the Lexus GX is the better choice with its advanced suspension. The Land Cruiser's doors feel oddly light, and while the 4-cylinder hybrid is unrefined, it's practical and torquey. It's not a luxury SUV, but it's the best choice at this price.
