FE vs standard equipment roof rails for Land Cruiser

I'm pondering which to get because, I don't know man. For a car owner, you get to make these big decisions only once. If you do more than once, then it's obvious you made the wrong choice. So I want to come to you for help to specifically compare the pros and cons between FE and standard equipment roof rails. Are there major differences or I wouldn't even notice?

Honestly, if you're not hauling stuff all the time, you probably won't notice much difference, standard rails do the job fine for light use compared tp the FE rails which are lower profile, maybe a bit quieter, look cleaner, but frankly, unless you're mounting gear every other weekend, it's not a life changing choice.

Why do you feel like making the "wrong" choice once means you messed up, especially with something like roof rails,don't most folks adapt or swap later if they need to?
